For over two decades, Helena has been a thought leader in life design and an early pioneer in self-leadership. As a coach, she has helped individuals, businesses, and influencers transform their lives, leadership, and performance. She is a master of out-of-the-box thinking and is passionate about supporting others to reach the next level in life—always with a human-first strategy.
Hedda is an authentic coach and social entrepreneur. An empathetic listener, her strength lies in uncovering the 'north star' in every person’s life. While completing her degree in sociology, she co-founded U8760 with the aim of transforming human life and society into a more well-being-centred world. Her mission is to uplift young people through life design.
Helena and Hedda are themselves concious life designers who live their message every day, generously offering unique perspectives from both Gen X and Gen Z. They see the world as both their home and playground, exploring—from the inside out—how to take human life design to the next level. At U8760, they collaborate with a strong network of experienced field experts to maximise performance.

The method
The U8760 Life Design process takes a salutogenic approach—focusing on what creates true health and human flourishing. It’s grounded in the latest science in wellbeing, positive psychology, mental training, and proven methods from self-leadership and coaching.
This is paired with Helena and Heddas own firsthand testing, observation, and research on how to increase psychological richness and existential health through active life design—where flexibility and autonomy are key.
