Hi, we are
Helena and Hedda are experienced life designers — passionate about helping others design lives they love to live.
The mother-daughter coach duo, offer a unique blend of Gen X and Gen Z perspectives, sharing insights gained over nearly a decade of embracing a flexible life. Together, they’ve made the world their home and playground — constantly exploring how to elevate their own life designs from the inside out.
Helena, a pioneer in self leadership, is today a thought leader in Life Design. With over two decades in coaching, leadership and self leadership development for businesses and the private sector, she is a master of out-of-the-box thinking and loves to support others to the next level in life. Always with a human-first strategy.
Hedda is an authentic coach and social entrepreneur. She's an empathic listener and her strength is to find the north star in every human's life. While finishing her degree in sociology she co-funded U8760 with the aim to transform human life and society into a more wellbeing-centered world. Her goal is to uplift young people through Life Design.
U8760 is co-creating and working together with a strong network of experienced experts, speakers and coaches.
How we are designing a life we love to live
It all started twenty years ago..
..when we went from being totally stuck in the stressful 9-5 loop — the “just trying to manage”-life in the big city, doing the same things on repeat every year — to working remotely and living “the countryside dream”.
Then, a decade ago, we took the next step — leaving everything attached to our norm conforming life in Sweden to begin an even more flexible life design with the world as home and playground…
